I have been focusing a majority of my time on hunting down and shooting the bad guys that live in our neighborhood. They crept up a lot over the cold, winter months.
The hunt begins- helmet, packpack (not a typo), gun, boots and gator in place.
Can't see me, can you? Trust me. I'm there.
Shoot. Lost 'em. I am pretty sure they went thataway.
At one point, I requested backup. Sully did okay, but his light colored jacket pretty much gave our hiding spot away right when he came to "help."
So that has been fun.
I have also been flying kites here and there... We even had a kite day at school and Daddy came!
Yes. I realize my kite is teeny-tiny. Mom thought it would be a great idea to upgrade me from the $3 kite to the $5 kite at Target. Mistake. While it was made of fancy nylon instead of plastic, it could have easily fit into my pocket - hence the name "pocket kite."
Here, pocket kite is going about as high as it could. You can't see in this picture, but all of the other kids' kites are flying high, high, high into the sky.
But it was fun. Really.
Sully and Peedles enjoyed kite day as much as anyone. I mean, Sully still thinks fans are cool to look at, so he was basically short-circuiting as he watched all of the kites fly around.
Speaking of Sully... he is still just chillin' like always. Even I have to admit (and I don't have much of a reference point here...) that he is a very laid back baby. He is just happy as a clam to bang on a pan with a spoon.
He might look slightly annoyed here on account I had just taken away his spoon. I do this alot when I think he is not playing with an appropriate toy. I'm so helpful. You're welcome, Mom.
OH! This was fun... Poppy sent me some cool dinosaurs that come to life in water.
And for those of you wondering - it is not a special day. I dress like I am in the military every day. Mom loves it...
I know that I am getting pretty lax about putting up new posts, so I wish everyone a wonderful spring. I will be sure to report back on Easter happenings...
Until then, I will be defending our neighborhood...
