Geligucks and Warses

Soooo. We are finally enjoying consistently nice weather here! Well, that is if you can get past the multiple tornadoes we had last week. That was real fun.

Despite this, we have been living outside and it is glorious!

This is my pond. Check it. It's right out the backdoor of my new digs (yes, we moved, but are still in the Magic City on the Plains.) Little beavers live in it and I like to throw rocks right into their dam and then say "NICE!"

Since I have been out exploring nearly every minute during the day, Mom has been making sure I get a good breakfast to start the day. Here, I am enjoying wabbles and nanners (waffles and bananas).

Please note that I am sitting in a real chair. Unfortunately, due to the fact I "abused my privilege", you'll not be seeing this again anytime soon. ARGH!

Annyyhoooo...mmm...yeah...it's okay here. Gosh, I like these pockets! (Ignore bloody nose. The elevation here is killer!)

Enough with the child's play - it's time to tell about the two activities that changed my life.

First - mad props to Mom and Dad for dragging me to the mall for what I thought would be a lame display of model helicopters. I mean, that stuff is for babies... However. I was clearly wrong.

REAL
GELIGUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

mmmhmmm...this feels right...

[hailing geliguck]

The ambulance was a sad second to the geliguck. Good try, Mom.

Because I am emotionally maturing, I made myself look stoic despite the fact I really did not like being taken away from the geliguck. ...sigh...

After that glorious outing, I had a great surprise! My Granny came to visit!

We had such a lovely time! I showed her how I am quite adept around a farm and farm animals.

Here, I am demonstrating that on farms, cups are unnecessary. We just drink straight from the tap.

Then I taught Daddy how to feed baby goats. They were very hungry. If I were not so experienced with their kind, I might have gotten a bit freaked out. But obviously I didn't.

And. Then. Came. Brownie.

Are you seeing this!?!? ARE YOU SEEING ME RIDE THE WARSE!?!?!?!?

I was ready to go solo, but Mom would not allow it. Something about short legs?? Whatever - I could totally have handled it. Plus, Brownie and I had a connection.

Guhgurrll, Brownie. Guhgurrlll.

I did not want to leave her, but alas, all good things come to an end...

...unless you run really fast away from your parents!!!
