Happy New Year!

Happy New Year to you all! I hope that you had a great time ringing in 2008. I certainly did. How? By seeing how many wheat thins I can stuff in my mouth. Record - 3.

With only 1 Christmas under my belt, I wasn't sure what to expect this year.

Well. Let me tell you - it rocked. And not only were Mom & Dad around, but my Peedles, Poppy & Uncle Stew came to help me celebrate!

Before they came, I decided I need to start stockpiling food. You know... in case Mommy forgets to feed me or something.

Pasta, peas & beans? Check. I'm ready to entertain.

Christmas morning came quickly and it was quite a sight to behold.

Oh. My. Gosh. Is that a Thomas the Train tent?!?!? PUTMEDOWNPUTMEDOWNNOWWWW!!

Moving on... oooh - neat - a zebra!! "Grrrrowllll". (Yes, that's right - all things with 4 legs growl.)

CHACHOOOOOO!!! CHACHOOOO!!! I am getting quite good at playing with my trains. And also good at "parking" them when I need a break. Where is their garage? Oh, I like to put'em right on the slats of the wooden blinds. Mom's not exactly down with this, but where else am I supposed to put them so Georgie can't play with them when I'm gone? Riddle me that.

By mid-morning, I'll admit... I was a bit on overload and needed a recharge from Daddy.

And then I was up again - demanding that I play with Uncle Stew's drill.

Despite what Mom says, I wasn't getting tired in this picture. I just thought I'd take my sleeping buddies on a tour of all things Christmas.

And then, strangely, I don't remember anything...z.zzz...zzz....

After Christmas, the festivities only continued.

My focus on food is only growing.

Pssst...Mommy...give me a bite. Wait! Why are you wrapping your arm around the plate like that?

I still love passing time by giving Georgie "soft pats". And yes, pats can still be soft even if your hand is moving at the speed of light.

OOOH!! And something that is new but super fun - sledding!!!

Guess what is on the other end of that rope!

My own personal sled dog!!!

Okay. That was awesome. And also a little scary.

So that is the latest from me! Have a great day and a wonderful New Year!!
